Check out Taylor Momsen’s rocking style. In the last year Taylor, from Gossip Girl fame, has gone from sweet and innocent to eclectic indie girl, and we find the later much more interesting. Taylor’s signature black eye liner and ruby red lips, paired with a mainly black wardrobe, knee high boots and off beat accessories make her stand out from the crowd.
